In the period from mid-December to mid-2011 `January 2012` Company "Donetsk Vtorma" carried out the modernization of basic technological equipment. By carrying out construction works were involved in long-term partners factories, professionalism and speed are allowed to carry out complex operations in a short time. Also, for commissioning in Donetsk arrived engineers from China and Italy.

     In the first phase of modernization, close to the current, was installed and put into operation a modern high-speed ICs with operating 1500m/min, which allows the coil weight up to 2.2 tons.

     Problems with the increase in performance while maintaining the BMD of consistent quality throughout the range of products were resolved by adding more cylinders in the drying of the machine without increasing its dimensions.
In parallel, multi-phase project has been implemented throughout the paper machine drive translation (from the couch roll to roll forward) and DPT for alternating current motors with automatic frequency control from Siemens.
The result of the project were the stability of product quality and increase the rate of BMD.
